Wedding & Honeymoon Photos
It’s been a good week for checking off items on the ol’ TODO list.
We finally got prints of all the wedding and honeymoon photos (it took a while to figure out which ones we wanted to print) and inserted them into this excellent box that Josh & Steph gave us as a wedding present:
It’s really neat: there’s some photos mounted on the outside (this one on top, this one on the front) so that you can tell it’s our “Wedding & Honeymoon photo box,” and then there’s 5 books inside that we’ve managed to organise into a little narrative of both events. I find it much more compelling than a normal photo album, and it looks terrific. It’s a great present, thanks guys!
The other thing we did was to mount photos in the 6 coasters that Lana’s sister Emily bought us. We picked the abstract flower photos that Lana had taken in Palau and Cairns, along with the frog I captured in Palau under our bungalow.
The coasters perfectly match the three water lily photos from Hong Kong that are hanging next the table. We have a theme: Foreign Flowers & a Frog!

I love this idea. It’s so personal and also can be blended into the decor. Thanks for sharing

They all look great. In the last few weeks we’ve finally been printing out photos from our Europe trip, and it’s great to have such reminders everywhere. The hard part is choosing which ones to put up!
