Sprangles

I made apple pie tonight, mostly because it gave me a chance to use the apple peeling machine that our neighbours bought us as a wedding present. Not only is it unbelievable quick and efficient for coring & peeling apples, it also really appeals to the gadget-loving engineer in me. The video should make it clear:
